เกมนี้ใช้เส้นลากไปเป็นรูปทรงต่างๆ เพื่อแสดงถึงประเภทของฐานที่จะสร้าง เราไม่ต้องเลือกว่าจะสร้างอะไร กดที่น้ำก็เป็นท่าเรือ กดแถวเหล็กก็จะเป็นเหมือง ลากเส้นงอกออกมาจากฐานก็เป็นสะพาน ถนน ลากออกมาจากฐานแม่ก็จะเป็นหน่วยบัญชาการย่อย
แรกๆ เข้าใจยากมากๆ พอเล่นเป็น ก็ยังพอเล่นได้ แต่ยังมีอะไรให้เรียนรู้อีกเยอะ
เล่นเป็น Open World Map กว้าง สำรวจไปเรื่อยๆ จะกลุ่มอื่น มี Random Event ผลัดกันมา
ภาพสวย เป็นเอกลักษณ์
Tutorial เขาพยายามทำมาละเอียดมากๆ ละเอียดจนถึงขั้นกดผิดก็มีวิธีกดกลับ แล้วก็พูดซ้ำทั้งประโยค อาจจะงงๆ ได้ ต้องทำตามมันเป๊ะๆ
Control ค่อนข้างแปลก ยากเกินความจำเป็น ทำเหมือนเกม RTS อื่นๆ ก็จบแล้ว (แถมทิศหมุนกล้องยังไปตรงข้ามกับเกมอื่นๆ อีกตะหาก)
แต่โดยรวมรู้สึกถึงความ Well-Polish ของเกมมากๆ แต่ด้วยความที่ไม่มีเนื้อเรื่องจริงจัง เล่นยากและไปเชิงสงครามเลยเฉพาะทางพอสมควร

This combination requires a novel set of mechanics and controls to make work, which gives Bulwark a unique minimalist feel.
There are also people to hire, enemies to defend against and resources to exploit. These are not intended to challenge you, but make your creation feel part of a living world.
Let your creativity run wild as you become the creator of your own Bulwark.
Evolving Demo
The evolving demo available is a work in progress preview of the game. I am still developing the game and having a demo that is updated regularly with new features and content is the method I've chosen to show off the game but also take in all the feedback I can get from players.
