เล่นเป็นพนักงานคอลเซนเตอร์ ประจำศูนย์ตอบกลับภัยในบ้าน ที่ลูกค้าจะโทรมาถามอะไรก็ได้จิปาถะ ตั้งแต่ตุ่นในสวน เชื้อราในบ้าน ไปจนถึงสิ่งต่างๆ ที่อาจจะเหนือธรรมชาติ
เริ่มมาเราจะได้รับสายเคสง่ายๆ โดยคนที่โทรมาจะบอกแค่สิ่งที่เขาเจอ เช่น มีอะไรดำๆ ขึ้นตามมุมห้อง หรือมีหลุมผุดในสวน แล้วเราจะต้องไปอ่านรายชื่อภัยทั้งหมด ที่จะมีรายละเอียดทุกอย่างตั้งแต่ลักษณะไปจนถึงวิธีรับมือ แล้วเราก็เลือกส่งข้อมูลกลับไปให้เขา
เกมจะไม่ได้บอกว่าเราตอบถูกหรือผิด แต่ลูกค้าคนเดิมอาจจะโทรมาภายหลังเพื่อขอบคุณหรือมาด่าเรา หรือบางคนอาจจะไม่ได้โทรกลับมาอีกเลย เราก็จะไม่รู้ว่าชะดากรรมเขาเป็นอะไร
ด้วยความที่ตอนแรกเราเป็นพนักงานใหม่ จะเห็นข้อมูลภัยได้ไม่กี่ประเภท พอเล่นไปเรื่อยๆ เราจะปลดล็อคประเภทของภัยใหม่ๆ มาเรื่อยๆ หลังจากนี้แหละจะเข้าสู่อารมณ์ตึงของเกม
สมมุติว่าคนที่โทรมาบอกว่ามีอะไรดำๆ ขึ้นตามมุมห้อง ตามข้อมูลที่เรามี เราได้ตอบว่าเป็นเชื้อราไป แต่พอเราปลดล็อคข้อมูลภัยประเภทใหม่มา มันมีสัตว์ประหลาดที่หลบตามมุมห้องได้ด้วย อ้าว แล้วที่เราตอบไป มันคือเชื้อราจริงๆ เหรอ เขาจะโทรมาอัพเดทกับเรามั้ย ? เขาจะเป็นอะไรมั้ย ?
บางครั้งจะมีคนโทรมา แล้วมาขออะไรที่ไม่ได้เกี่ยวกับภัยเลย เช่น มาจ้างคนตัดหญ้า ซึ่งก็ไม่รู้จะตอบยังไงเลย แต่มีที่น่าสนใจคือผู้พัฒนาบอกว่าทุกคำถามจะมีคำตอบที่ถูกต้องเสมอ และผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดขึ้นตอนตอบผิด ตอบถูก ก็ไม่เหมือนกัน หมายความว่าเราจะไม่รู้เลยว่าเราตอบถูกหรือผิด แล้วมันก็น่าติดตามมากว่าจะเกิดอะไรขึ้น
