เกม Casual วางแผนผจญภัยไอเดียดีมากก เราเล่นเป็นนักเดินทางที่มีเชื้อเพลิงจำกัด ต้องปักไฟเพื่อเปิดทางไปเรื่อยๆ เพื่อไม่ให้เชื้อเพลิงหมด เราต้องพยายามต่อไปจุดเติมเชื้อเพลิงเป็นระยะๆ

แผนที่ใน Demo จะเหมือนเดิมหมด ไม่มีสุ่ม ถ้าแพ้ก็เล่นใหม่ หาทางเดินใหม่ พอเล่นๆ ไปก็จะเริ่มจับทางได้ ไม่มั่นใจว่าเกมจริงจะแผนที่เหมือนเดิมมั้ย แล้วเน้นผจญภัยเอา

ไอเทมที่เก็บได้แล้วเอามาใช้เปิดแผนที่จะมีหลายแบบ ทั้งคบเพลิงเล็กๆ ไปจนถึงฟาร์ม จนถึงบ้านเลยทีเดียว สถานที่บางอันพอวางชิดๆ กัน อาจจะมีผลลัพธ์ที่ดีขึ้น เกมนี้เลยมีความ City Builder นิดนึง (จริงๆ นึกถึง Loop Hero มากกว่า)

สถานที่ที่เดินไปในแมพจะมีหลายๆ Biome แต่ละที่ก็มีไอเทมและอุปสรรคต่างกันไป เช่น ทะเล จะเดินผ่านน้ำไม่ได้เลย ไอเทมที่เก็บได้จะเป็นแนวยาวแทน และเราเอาไอเทมไปใช้ที่ Biome อื่นได้ด้วย

จุดที่น่าเสียดายของเกมนี้คือพอจับจุดได้แล้วมันก็ไม่ได้ยากขนาดนั้น และตัว Demo ก็ตัดจบเร็วมากๆ เดินๆ ไปแล้วจะตัดจบเลย ไม่ให้ไปไกลกว่านี้ อีกทั้งยังไม่เข้าใจว่าแผนที่เกมมันจะเป็นแบบไหนกันแน่

Wanderful is about forging your very own adventure by placing tiles in procedurally generated worlds, exploring what encounter might be waiting around the next corner. You decide the pace: Marvel at the beautiful landscape, be amazed by the obscure things that you might encounter on your journey or simply race to the end of the world. Are you ready for a challenge whilst besting the ultimate adventurer’s high score? How far can you venture before running out of tiles?

Your adventure starts out in the middle of a huge map only equipped with a few tiles that are able to lift the shrouds around it. Tiles are placed to uncover landscapes, creatures and wonders to generate more tiles allowing you to continue your journey.

Eventually you will encounter different biomes and will learn about the limitations, the day and night cycle and the hidden powers of each tile.

In Wanderful you create your own story. Do you build a peaceful village that houses a gigantic chicken or do you dare to enter the spicy dunes and cultivate a graveyard for fallen dreams? It is in your hand.
